The first ever Bike Messenger Appreciation Day was a total success for the NYBMA. Check out some pictures from the event, mostly courtesy of Amy Bolger.
It was said over and over again that night, but we've definitely got to do this more often. During the day,
the NYBMA gave out bananas, candy bars, bagels, and water
at Father Demo Square.
At night, the event turned to the Frying Pan, catered by Lamarca's, a restaurant in the East 20's owned & operated by NYC messenger, KR.
