From Newark to the Metropoloco Zone:
From Newark you should take take the bus "Olympia Airport Express" to Manhattan. It costs $11.50.
When you step out of the terminal the bus stop ist to your right, around the corner.
You can take the Airport
Expressto the World Trade Center, Penn Sation, Grand Central Station or Port
Authority.
(There are some slightly cheaper, far more complicated ways we don't recommend.
Don't try riding your bike. Serious. (I know, Luk, nothing is unridable, but
just trust me on this.))
You cannot bring your bike
on the Olympia bus, leave it in the box.
You CAN bring it on the subway, so it's up to you when you put it together.
If
you're heading for the metropoloco office you can
a) take the bus to Grand Central, take the subway Line 6 DOWNTOWN to Bleecker
Street and walk east to 89 East 2nd Street.
b) take the bus to Penn Station or Port Authority and take the subway A, C,
or E line DOWNTOWN to West 4th, change to the F train DOWNTOWN and take it to
the 2nd Avenue stop. Walk 3 minutes to 89 East 2nd.
If
you're heading for the World Welcome Party
on Wednesday the 23rd, noon till midnight at 353 Broadway:
go to the World Trade Center, put your bike together, ride east and turn left
on Church Street, turn right on Franklin, then again right on Broadway till
you hit the Parteeeeeyyyy!
