"Open the phone book. Turn to the 'Messengers' or 'Delivery Services' or 'Shipping' section. Find names of companies; the big, bold names will be the aforementioned 'big' companies, the ones in small print will be the 'small' companies. Call them and ask if they use bicycle messengers."
